工作内容:
All the inquiry from the customer concerning products, stock, delivery, price ect.
负责解答客户对产品信息、产品库存、配送及价格等的咨询
Order processing from order entering to delivery. include pushing stock, checking capacity ect.
负责整个下单流程的信息传达,包括出货,检测产品等
Prepare export custom’s doc.
制定出口文件
Follow the customer’s claim for delivery qty. or quality problem.
按照客户的要求进行送货或者执行相应的质量标准
Prepare doc to customer for custom’s declaration in Destination.
按照客户申明的送货地点进行文件准备
Ask for the order forecast from customer.
与客户确定预期收货时间
Prepare Purchasing order to supplier and follow the delivery with supplier closely.
准备采购订单,并且跟踪发货
Data base maintenance for Items/Customer.
项目/顾客数据库的维护
Other work assigned by the manager

工作要求:
University graduation, English major or international trade major is preferred.
大专以上学历,英语专业或国际贸易专业优先
Export order working experience is preferred.
有出口贸易经验优先
Initiative and hardworking. Be patient to the customer.
