岗位职责:
1. Work with Customer Operation Specialist to provide pre-offer, offer and contract management support for standard and non-standard contract set up and maintenance, in compliance with the Play Book
2. Ensure contracts and appendix are signed and stored in line with requirements
3. Review CAPEX contract as part of SCM process
4. Own contract documentation archiving and termination of customer contracts
5. Support preparing for tender bids
6. Provide “One Team” support for Deal Making. Work to uncover issue root cause of issues and implement sustainable fixes
7. Act as resolution owner of Customer complaints. Feedback outcomes to COS Order to Cash colleagues who will communicate with customers

1. Well-developed communication skills and teamwork spirit
2. Ability to learn quickly
3. English capability (TOEIC 600 at least)
