About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic intern to join our Culture, Diversity & Employee Experience team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, supporting diversity initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing cultural and diversity-related events and programs
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Help collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback and survey data
Contribute to internal communications related to culture and diversity programs
Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials to reflect company values
Support the team in researching best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
Help maintain documentation and records of diversity metrics and initiatives
Provide administrative support for team meetings and projects
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
Strong interest in workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness
Previous experience in P&C, event planning, or communications is a plus
