Missions:
• Support E-commerce daily order fulfillment
• Manage O2O order distribution and courier operations
• Maintain E-commerce's stock accuracy and perform stock checking if needed
• Provide daily support on order return and refund process
• Receive and reply customer inquiry from Call Center
• Assist other requests from team
Profile:
- Good skills of Microsoft office.
- Fluent in English.
- Quick leaner and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit
- At least four days attendance each week.
