The major responsibility is

1.       Pick up 400 calls and answer customers questions online.

2.       Check stock availability, order status, transportation status as customer request.

3.       Other assignment from team leader.

Requirement:

1.       Bachelor of chemistry/biology or above.

2.       Willing to communicate with customers and cross function team.

3.       Proactive and polite manners.

4.       Good reading and written in English.
