Main responsibilities: 1. Focus on job posting and campus recruitment support 2. Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening 3. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (BP) 4. Responsible for intern eform issue and approval 5. Participate in other HR related projects as an assistant Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement 2. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills 3. Open-minded, smart, fast learning 4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated 5. Able to work under high pressure 6. Good command of English and Mandarin 7. Excellent communication skills
