战略采购（技术采购）方向实习生 岗位要求： 本科大四或研究生在读 机械设计、自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等工科专业 英语六级及以上 对供应链及战略采购方向感兴趣 愿意结合技术与商务能力长期发展 可全职实习 1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers, with a focus on long-term partnerships Manage and strengthen Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments Develop and manage supplier portfolios and sourcing strategies 2. Negotiation & Cost Optimization Lead and execute price and contract negotiations with suppliers Define and implement cost reduction strategies based on data analysis Monitor raw material price trends and market developments Support global sourcing initiatives and joint negotiations with Global Purchasing team 3. Technical & Product Understanding Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes Support sourcing for electrical and mechanical components, especially: Servo motors Sensors Cables Connectors (plugs, terminals, contactors, switches) Support component sourcing for control cabinet build-up 4. Data Analysis & Systems Utilize SAP systems for purchasing and supplier management Perform data-driven analysis using Excel or BI tools Support forecasting and cost modeling 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, engineering, and operations teams Challenge and optimize technical proposals from a supply chain perspective Ensure sourcing decisions align with business and development needs 6. Logistics & Compliance Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade requirements Monitor supplier performance in quality, delivery, and compliance Understand and navigate local regulations and Chinese market dynamics
