For EBMS QA and business license
application, all personal files for active employees shall be filed and save
into hard copies and e-copies both, which initiated administrative job tasks
and workloads, per EBMS HR BP Cherry instruction, I apply for one dedicated
intern in HR team to manage this workload.
Job Description:
The position holder reports directly to HR
Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in HR P-file management project as an assistant
- Follow HR P-file management regulation, scan 300 employees’ personal paper file, save into .pdf format, naming and save it in
share drive and e-filing online system as required
- Company employee personal file management and administration
- Reclassify the existing files sorted out according to P-file
management principle, archive and stack files to the filing room
- Assist HR Specialist to supplement the required documents with high
quality
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human
Resources, Finance, Organizational Management or English is preferred
- Service-minded and patient
- Strong communication skills
- Can work under high pressure
- Attendance 4 days a week at least
- CET-6
