Job Description:

l  Successful candidate will be responsible for the design and verification tasks in state-of-the art ASICs for MEM's products. Candidate will participate in the design and implementation of high-performance building blocks (such as various types of switched cap filters, amplifier, data converters, all in the ultra-low power, low voltage domain).

Job Responsibilities:

l  Solid device physics (at the transistor level) is required.

l  Solid knowledge in signal processing, noise analysis is required.

l  Strong circuit analytical skill is required.

l  Experience in designing one of following building blocks: high performance op-amps, comparators，switched-cap filter designs, low-power band gaps, ultra-low power SAR, sigma-delta ADC design, and BCD MOS based HV design.

l  Basic knowledge of MEMs ASIC (accelerometer and/or gyro) is a plus.

l  Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems in MEMs sensors is a plus.

l  Familiar with simulation techniques of switched-cap circuits to verify performance (noise, transfer function).

l  Tools: well-fluent in industry standard IC design tools such as Cadence, and spice simulator.

l  Familiar with measurement equipment such as oscilloscope, jitter analyzer and other lab equipment.

l  Strong inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills are required. Good English.

l  Self-motivated, Result oriented.

l  2nd year postgraduate, or last year PHD candidate.
