【Key Job Accountabilities 】 - Develop and evaluate new hair coloration formulas and shades under the guidance of supervisor. - Assist supervisor in formulating and optimizing formulas, by considering the compatibility, stability, safety and performance of formulas. - Participate in laboratory experiments, closely following the established protocols and documenting results accurately. Ensure a clean and organized workspace. 【Job Requirements】 - 4-5 days per week, 6 months availability - Major in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Materials or a related field. - Strong interests in cosmetic formulation and hair coloration products development. - Good skill at lab work and the ability to follow laboratory procedures precisely. - Effective communication skills in both written and verbal. - Fluent English speaking and writing - Ability to work collaboratively with the team.
