JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support on Service Partner program operation tasks, including contract management& renewals, onboard support, service request support, authorization certificate preparation and release etc.

Support technical assessment to partners, technical certificates preparation and release management

Support training workshop to partners, including enrolling, sign-up, picture, reporting material etc.

Maintain and update program data, webpages etc.

Support program reports and news posting to external or internal

Other tasks assigned by Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Desired knowledge and Experience
Undergraduate or graduate in Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent college diploma
Skilled in MS office, word, excel etc.
Good at reading and writing in English
