改岗位由万宝盛华 Manpower 代 Suzano 招聘。 Job Title: Intern for Asia Finance Location: Shanghai Job Summary: You will play a role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting across various international locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies, optimize processes, and ensure financial stability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Facilitating in preparation, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards for Asia region subsidiaries. 2. Management report: Facilitating daily/weekly tracking and recording of local sales data, cash activities in accordance with applicable comparable basis to support treasury report and forecast base for financial tools. 3. Local Tax Support: Facilitating in monthly control of tax filing and VAT certification with provision of final reconciliation report. 4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaboration in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for corporate offshore entities, and monitoring/tracking performance VS targets. 5. Compliance: Support insurance of adherence to local regulations and taxation, staying updated on changes and implications for the organization. 6. Intercompany Transactions: Support close tracking of intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 7. Audit Support: Assist with external audits and work with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of international and local accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
