As an Intern, Brand Support APAC (Openings), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• You will be based in Shanghai Area Office remotely supporting all Hilton brand portfolios across entire Asia Pacific.
• Learn & familiarize with Hilton Brand standards, initiatives & hotel opening processes.
• Manage the initial data harvest from hotels through Property Information Management in coordination with Global Database Management and Global Online Content teams to build initial brand website presence。
• Initiate & maintain openings online checklists.
• Support the opening process for all new opening/conversion hotels in Asia Pacific.
• Assist with project management responsibilities related to hotel openings.
• Participate in the regular face-to-face meetings, webinars, and virtual meetings. Provide observations & meeting minutes.
• Initiate & conduct projects to improve on current opening process or work procedures.
• Self-study of learning courses on Hilton University.
• To enhance the office culture by contributing and impacting team member engagement through initiatives, event planning and project management.
