Mission & Purpose
We are seeking an intern for supporting our TSC (Technical Service Center) team, which is under organization of Audi China Quality department. For continual improvement of our customer satisfaction and providing one better driving experience to our customer, one important task of TSC is doing field observation and accelerate FAP(customer claim elimination process) in Audi. To ensure accurate and timely field observation in aftersales market, our intern, working as TSC big data field monitoring, is expected to well know about our field topics by using and doing analysis aftersales data, e.g. warranty, repairing history and PCC (priority customer complaints). Integral part of the position holder will further be a central involvement in the big data project, where support on the concept design and project management for filed monitoring with real-time data from live vehicles will be set up. The position offers one opportunity to have a deep look and involve into our Fault elimination process and actively re-shape it for the future.
Job Duties
Big Data Project support:
1. internal communication between project involved parties, meeting management
2. internal project scheduling and follow up;
3. Preparation of presentations and documentations, incl. translation
- bi-weekly PCC process monitoring and timely feedback to PCC owner or I/GS A/F
- technical documents translation from German/ English to Chinese; TSC ISO documents archiving and maintenance
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree,
- Major in IT, Engineering, or related area
Professional Skills
- Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, PPT)
- Competence Requirements
- Analytical thinking and self reflection
- Planning and well-organized
- Ability to work under pressure
Language Skills
- Good command of English and German both in speaking and writing
- Chinese native
