工作职责: • Perform in depth industry research by gathering necessary information in support of understanding and analyzing a analyzing industries and/or companies in a concise manner, including and not limited to: Advanced Infrastructure, Semiconductor, 5G, Integrated Circuit. • Participate in due diligence in terms of commercial, financial and legal perspectives. Such as, interviewing the invested project management team and all relevant parties of the business. • Able to gather Instills and analyze information in depth and summarize the findings. • Support team members in financial analysis products development including and not limited to projection and valuation models. 任职资格: 1. Qualifications • Master degree in Finance from prestigious universities, a compound background in chemistry/material/engineering and finance is preferred. • Candidates with CFA, CPA qualification is a plus. 2. Skills and Abilities • Basic understanding the objectives and strategies of Private Equity business. • Profound understanding of financial statements. • Ability to facilitate financial projection and valuation model. • Fluency in written and oral English. • Professional maturity and ability to operate in a fast paced, competitive and adversarial work environment. • Ability to analyze and articulate a situation and be capable to assimilate complex details quickly.
