Missions:
Check online product assets status, update information if necessary.
Check the stock room for warehouse if repaired transfer.
Daily refund process coordination with Logistic/Call center/Finance team.
Monthly update the shared stock & product locator product list.
Coordinate with stores allocating shared stock process.
Backup for publish/unpublish process.
Receive & reply to emails from Call center for customer inquiry. Coordinate with related departments.
Prepare monthly report.
Assist other requests from team.
Profile:
Good skills of Microsoft office, Excel is a must.
Fluent in English.
Quick leaner and strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit
At least four days attendance each week.
