Main job responsibility 主要工作职责
1) Responsible for Sales Support including: Check the quotation, contract, bidding documents and agreement, give the suggestion to the sales about the risks of the terms and modification;
2) Timely & accurate Sales order processing, including management of customer backlogs & communication to customers on status of delivery, etc;
3) Actively discussing with customers on logistics process improvements;
4) Internal company cross departmental co-ordination, including lean process/administration implementation;
5) Integrate customers, e.g. familiarization IKAs business procedure;
6) Special projects / assignments or tasks will be assigned accordingly.

2)及时准确的处理销售订单,包括客户积压的管理和与客户沟通交货状态等;
3)积极与客户讨论物流进程;

5)整合客户,例如熟悉IKA的业务流程;
6)上级或管理层指派的其他任务。
