AP Logistics Purchasing Assistant Intern

亚太区物流采购助理实习生

 

Job Description:

1. Strategic research for logistics purchasing in Asian Pacific

2. Assist in logistics tender in region of AP

3. Purchasing document preparation

4. Supplier data and contracts management  

5. System maintenance including (SRM, wok-on, SAP...)

6. Support for administration work

 

Requirements:

·  Availability: at least 5 days/week for 6 months; must maintain a student identity during the entire intern contract

·  Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.);

·  Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

·  Fluent in oral and written English

 

Compensation:

·   115 yuan/day (before tax) for bachelor students

·   145 yuan/day (before tax) for master students

·  Apartment allowance (700 yuan/month) for students out of Shanghai

Location

上海市长宁区福泉北路333号（2号线淞虹路地铁站下有班车接送；浦东、三林、五角场、莲花路、莘庄均有长线班车）
