Responsibilities:
manage digital leads, including qualification, assigning and pipeline tracking.
campaign monitoring and performance tracking. Collaborating with Digital Customer Engagement, set campaign KPIs, monitor campaign metrics, make recommendations for campaign improvement, lead improvement, write reports.
campaign coordination. When a campaign involves cross-functional coordination, you will be the focal point of Market Team.
digital assets execution. Coordinate with Communications and agencies on content and digital assets development, including post, video, live show, mini pages, mini site, mini app.
coordinate with Regional Marketing team to digitize sales and marketing collaterals.
data management. Lead agency to implement data discipline with supervision of the Head of Market Team.Identify dirty data and conduct data cleaning.
tagging. Facilitate the tagging system development with coordination across internal stakeholders. Lead agency to maketagging in place.
data handling and analytics. Analyze data on a ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications:
passionate about digital marketing.
basic concept understanding of digital marketing, especially withWeChat, including paid/earned/owned media, H5, mini-app, webinar, importance of data.
conscious about time management and project management.
some experience with data handling.
skilled with MS Excel, familiar with functions and pivot.
eager to learn.
proactive and grounded attitude dealing with work.
fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
a team player.
business sense (sales or marketing) is a strong plus.
good MS PowerPoint skill is a strong plus.
IT-,data- or research-related background is a plus.
marketing, communications, business management related background is a plus.
at least 3days/week on jobis required.
