Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 1. Understands the business needs for logistics or procurement, anticipate the system deployment to support data cleaning, data collection and data validation. 2. User acceptance test, support business team to complete UAT test scripts, execute test, record and document test results. 3. Helps to document business process flows and change managements as needed 4. Involve in end user training session. Facilitate training materials and support on training arrangement. 5. Work with logistics and procurement key users to back-up the daily business work, such as supplier data maintenanc, BPA maintenance. 6. Any ad-hoc requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Understanding of logistics and sourcing functional knowledge, eg. supply planning of purchasing process, inventory turn, safety stock, OTIF, retail orders management. 2. Working knowledge of supply chain related application system 3. Basic data management skills, Oracle operation experience is preferred 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Fluent in both oral and written English 6. Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly-changing environment
