Execute all interiors changeovers and installations for stores including but not limited to construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement.

In keeping with visual calendar, prepare for next installation or floor change – sampling, procurement, allocating from warehouse.

For each installation, organize the delivery of creative and aesthetic elements for floor, which may include decorative prop elements, furniture, fabric, lighting and floral.

Execute daily interior-set maintenance for stores, including dressing mannequins, re-propping and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations.

Conduct daily walk-throughs of locations, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site; suggest improvements.

Execute interim display strategies for critical vacancies.

Partner with store management and product presentation teams.

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Frequent travel and overnight installations required.

Visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/interiors/fashion styling experience.

Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.

Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e. evenings after 9pm and weekends).

Project management/organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punchlist, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.

Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors and direct reports in English and Chinese.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Proven ability to understand RL aesthetic.
