-Perform administrative work to support R&D department
-Activities, events support together with other admin team member -Ensure smooth and rapid flow of mail, incoming visitors, telephone messages; -Check, monitor and prepare the document, working files related to the department head; -Handle invoice payments and claim reimbursement, including process of travel expense claim; -Other manager assigned tasks Requirement: - Good spoken and written English - Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, PowerPoint and Excel - Good communication and interpersonal skills - A pleasant team player with strong willingness to learn
