主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Deployment implementation and performance optimization of intelligent cockpit AI large models, as well as data processing, model training, and fine - tuning in vertical scenarios
• Construction and implementation of evaluation systems for intelligent cockpit AI large models, designing automated testing tools and outputting evaluation reports
• Collaborate with the software development team to develop intelligent cockpit Agents, participate in requirement analysis, algorithm implementation and joint debugging
• Write and sort out technical documents, including algorithm design documents, evaluation plans, experimental reports, etc.
• Track, research and evaluate cutting - edge AI industry products and technical solutions
• Complete other auxiliary R&D work related to AI algorithms assigned by superiors
• Engage in the integration of model training and evaluation, and participate in the annotation of evaluation and training datasets

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Strong interest in the AI algorithm field, with an understanding of common machine learning/deep learning algorithms (such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc.). Candidates with relevant published papers or practical experience are preferred
• Proficient in at least one programming language, and familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is preferred
• Knowledge of mainstream open - source platforms, tools, and models in the industry. Candidates with relevant project experience are preferred
• Solid mathematical foundation (including linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics, calculus, etc.), with good logical analysis ability
• Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to learn new knowledge quickly
• Basic English ability in communication and reading technical documents and papers
