职位描述：

Job Objective:

Evaluate the influence of additives on resin composite properties

Job Responsibilities:

Survey to collect the typical additives to resin in coated abrasive products.

Summarize the additive properties with the guidance of R&D engineers

Purchase the additives with the support of team members

Do experiments to evaluate the influence of additives (types, quantity, size, etc.) on resin composite properties

Link the composite properties with grinding performance

Lab maintenance and EHS related work

Job Requirements:

MS/PhD candidates, major in material science

Communication willing and skill, oral & written English

Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility

Can work for >3 days per week (full time preferred), last for min. 4 months (6 months preferred)
