岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1、熟悉会计准则,严格执行公司财务流程,指导店铺日常操作;
Familiar to the China GAAP, follow the accounting routine and coach the daily operation in the shop
2、核对店铺营业收入及支出,及时纠正差错;
Check the shop revenue and expense and correct the mistake if find.
3、配合月末结帐工作,结帐后完成月度分析报告;
Performs accounts receivable reconciliation in month end closing process.
4、店铺货物采购及调拨录入;
Key entry all the stock transfer between shops and stock purchase 5、发票录入及验证;
Issue and verify invoices
6、完成上级领导安排的其它相关工作。
Ad hoc assigned by direct supervisor
任职要求: 1、全日制四年本科或以上学历,财务管理等相关专业(大四在读);
Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance (4th grade undergraduate),
2、能熟练操作各种办公软件,较强责任心和团队意识;
Experience with MS office, have a sense of responsibility and a team player.
3、英文表达流利者优先.
Fluent English Skilled is preferred.
4、保证每周工作3个工作日以上(寒暑假期间5个工作日)。
Need work for 3 working days a week at least ( 5 working days in summer/winter holiday)
