职责描述:
1. 负责CRM日常业务运营数据支撑,并针对业务运营机会点深入分析,根据数据情况快速有效的定位问题并提出解决方案;
2. 能够对原始数据进行基本的数据处理,包括清理、提取、验证、联合等。
3. 完成日常数据提取、报表制作、深入分析,对应制作全渠道会员相关周/月/年度等相关数据报告,针对每家门店输出策略优化建议。
4. 整理分析CRM营销运营指标,量化指标,搭建多维数据,分析用户来源、行为路径、转化率等运营核心数据,基于数据结果提供反馈和建议;
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历, 具有CRM数据分析相关工作经验,对会员数据挖掘和报表系统应用有一定程度的理解和认知;
2. 较强的数据处理能力,熟练操作Excel,具有专业BI工具的使用经验;
3. 良好的团队合作精神,具备创造力,抗压能力和沟通能力强。
4. 在服饰品牌、化妆品集团、耐用消费品、数字营销、市场调研等公司的实习经验优先。
5. 具备数据洞察能力,良好的快速学习吸收能力。
Job Description:
1.Responsible for CRM daily business operation data support and in-depth analysis for business operation opportunity points, quickly and effectively locate problems and propose solutions based on data;
2.Be able to perform basic data processing on raw data, including cleaning, extraction, validation, and federation.
3.Complete daily data extraction, report production, in-depth analysis, corresponding to the production of omni-channel membership-related weekly/monthly/annual and other relevant data reports, output strategy optimization recommendations for each store.
4.Organize and analyze CRM marketing operation indexes, quantify the indexes, build multi-dimensional data, analyze operation core data such as user source, behavior path, conversion rate, etc., and provide feedback and suggestions based on the data results;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with CRM data analysis related work experience, a certain degree of understanding and knowledge of member data mining and reporting system applications;
2. Strong data processing skills, skilled operation of Excel, experience in the use of professional BI tools;
3. Good teamwork spirit, creativity, stress resistance and strong communication skills.
4. Work experience in apparel brands, cosmetic groups, consumer durables, digital marketing, market research is preferred.
5.Ability in data insights.
