Perform daily inspection/tracking on facility and furniture operation, ensure any out of service is reported/handled accordingly to keep business running as well

Conduct key management, issue/tracking/regain/repairing any office key

Comply HSE requirement, follow/tracking HSE inspection by daily, report any incident if have, and support assigned work of HSE
遵从HSE要求,跟进/记录每日HSE巡查,报告任何异常情况,并支持指派的HSE工作
Support asset management and annual asset audit
支持固定资产管理及资产年度审计
Conduct related record management, tracking/report/filling working record for this role

Perform other assignments as directed

任职要求:
Software competency: Microsoft Office
计算机能力:MS-Office
Strong communication in Chinese, the English speaking is preferred
