Objective of Job
Support daily parts development work for APAC region
Brief Task Description
-PD documentation follow-up
-Track BC sign off status after project kick off including local and APAC sign off status
-Scan all signed BCs, filing in share drive and sent to local country
-Consolidate PD final sign off documents for each developed parts including check list/ PD form/BC form/Contract/Quotation//Price setting screenshot/PSW/LPDP/MSDS/Label sample
-Assist local P/N creation
-Fill in P/N tracker on regular basis
-Fill in SAP application form for all FGA models, ensure it’s created properly by AR team
-Regularly update newly developed parts list to ICT, ensure all the parts flow to SAP smoothly
-Support raw material preparation for different kind of report
-Download sales data from SAP by month by SKU
-Collect benchmark info from internet/ system/dealer
-Support marketing related work
-Track label design status with NAFTA designer, prepare PPT to show where to revise and summarize the progress
-POSM and event support such as sample delivery/correction communication/ spending calculation.
-Follow up PO/Contract/Payment sign off process
-Coordinate with indirect purchasing / supplier/ finance to complete PO/contract/Payment process
Qualifications
- Education: University or above
- Experience:
- Skills & Competence: Advance Excel and good command in English
