Tasks
1.Basic data collection for daily issue and project.
2.On site support with specialist for physical improvement.
3.To support claims issues from the BMW dealers.
4.To support of working out the standard working processes or working instruction
Key Responsibilities
Scan document and consolidate file in the system
To support claim & transportation to do the KPI report
To support 5S
Initiate the distribution of information to team members, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies
Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines
To support organizing Team Meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes
To support team members to make order/payment in SAP system
To support the training and explanation to dealers in case of questions and enquiries
To support the transportation to receive & check out the delivery note with the actual records
Qualifications
Master degree and major in business administration, Logistic and others related with logistics or process improvement
Knowledge of MS office soft ware which includes Visio and Project
Proficient English, German would be an advantage
Communication skill
Knowledge of logistics
