Brief Task Description
1. Assist HRBP for training activity coordination such as collecting nomination and training data analysis.
2. Assist HRBP for employee database maintenance &basic data analysis;
3. Coordinate the meeting schedule and arrangement;
4. Responsible for SAP HR maintenance and generate PLM report as per HR BP's request. S. Responsible for Probation management & Contract renewal, annual leave record update.
Qualifications
- Education: Major in Administration or Human Resource is preferred. - Experience:
- Skills & Competence:
1. Good command of English
2. Good Microsoft Skills especially for Excel and PowerPoint
3. Good interpersonal skills
