KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HR daily operations, especially in Corp HRBP and internal communications field:
1. Take charge of the entire recruitment process for office interns, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview arrangement.
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes of interns, organize personnel files (P-files), and handle attendance management.
3. Ad Hoc work: including but not limited to HR document archiving, internal sale distribution, and cross - departmental communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communications skills
2. Detail-oriented and a good team-player
3. Native Chinese, fluent in English speaking and writing
4. Good at MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc.
5. Be able to provide at least 4 months’ time as intern and can work 4-5 days per week
