Job Description:
1. Assist in job posting, CV screen, phone interview and face to face interview coordination and arrangement, interview feedbacks tracking;
2. Assist in employee entry and departure documents relevant handling and new hire orientation, employee labor relations related work;
3. Assist in collecting and analyzing relevant HR data;
4. Assist in daily office administrative affairs management;
5. Assist in the planning and execution of employee welfare activities such as annual team building and travelling;
6. Other tasks assigned by the HR manager.
岗位职责:
1. 协助发布招聘信息,筛选简历,进行电话邀约,面试协调安排,跟踪反馈面试结果;
2. 协助办理员工入离职资料及新员工入职培训,员工劳动关系相关工作;
3. 协助汇总及分析人事相关数据;
4. 协助办公室日常行政事务管理;
5. 协助策划与执行员工福利活动,例如公司年度团建、旅游等;
6. 人事经理交代的其他工作。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (human resource, business administration or related major is preferred);
2. Familiar with basic EXCEL functions and proficient in OFFICE software;
3. Basic analytical thinking, problem solving and time management skills;
4. Good communication, coordination and expression skills, good affinity and service awareness, strong sense of confidentiality;
5. Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure, strong stability, detail-oriented and proactive.
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历(人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先考虑);
2. 熟悉基本EXCEL函数的运用、熟练操作OFFICE办公软件;
3. 具备基本的分析思考和解决问题及时间管理能力;
4. 具有良好的沟通、协调及表达能力,较好的亲和力和服务意识,较强的保密意识;
5. 具有良好的职业道德及团队协作精神,高度的责任感,抗压性强,踏实稳重,工作细心,积极主动。
