The Management Trainee program is specially designed to accelerate your development by immersing you in the very heart of the PVM business. In PVM, our Mission is to unleash human potential. Once onboard, each Management Trainee will develop through a carefully-designed 24 months’ rotational program, giving you key understanding of our consumers, products and dynamic marketplace. Your development will also be supported by our mentors and managers who will lead, coach, drive and inspire you every step along the way.

4. 职位要求-财务管理培训生 / Requirement of FIN Management Trainee

a). 应届毕业生，本科及以上学历；

Fresh Graduate. Bachelor Degree or above.

b). 数据分析/管理信息系统/统计/数学/财务会计相关专业优先;

Students majoring in Data Analysis, Information Management System, Statistics, Math, Finance, Accounting or relevant are preferred.

c). 丰富的实习或社会实践经验，大学期间表现优异；

Rich experience of internship or social practice. Good performance during college.

d). 具备较强的沟通能力、快速学习能力、善于分析、愿意接受挑战；

Good communication skills, Quick learning ability, Analytical thinking, and ready to take challenges.

e). 具备优秀的英语口语与写作能力。

Excellent command of English, both in oral and written.

f). 擅于运用软件如SQL，R语言，Python等软件进行数据收集，统计，处理的优先

Having skills of using tools like SQL, R studio, Python to collect or analysis data is preferred.
