JOB MISSION
To provide support to Asia marketing team to ensure all marketing campaign, activities, projects can be implemented in an effective way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the regional marketing team in roadshow, opening event and other related events in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and Philippines. And monitor the event result.
Coordinate with local markets among the region on the execution of retail marketing campaign like moon cake, red packet, GWP, etc. And track the campaign result.
Support the daily request from travel retail shops on visual inquire, shopping mall display, etc.
Assist with seasonal lightbox change among the region.
Consolidate various orders including but not limited to print catalogue and gifting.
Maintain the newsletter calendar in together with e-commerce dept. and coordinate on the weekly newsletter blasting for Australia.
Marketing reports consolidation (e.g. quarterly retail marketing report, monthly CRM report, monthly expense report, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Preferably majoring in Marketing and relevant fields.
Native Chinese and fluent in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong ownership & passion for the brand.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Team-worker, committed, passionate, can work under pressure
Be able to work at least 3 days per week for the duration of 6 months
