Responsibilities: 1. Project Support • Organize meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups) and track project progress using tools like Gantt charts. • Assist in cross-departmental events (workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions). 2. Process Automation • Develop RPA solutions (Power Automate/UiPath) to automate repetitive tasks (data processing, reporting). • Optimize workflows using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Query) and scripting (VBA/Python). 3. Market Research (On Request) • Analyze V2X/autonomous driving trends and competitor OEM strategies. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a degree program (must remain active during internship). • 6-month full-time commitment is preferred (5 days/week). • Fluent English + strong communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required; Power BI/Python a plus). • Experience with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate) or workflow automation.
