猎头见习生(应届专属))

You need to—— (你需要做的是——) 

Support consultants to finish the search assignments, and following is the detailed responsibilities:(协助顾问完成客户的人才寻访委托,具体职责如下:) 

  • Understand the assignments and make out search direction under the consultant’s guidance(在顾问的指导下理解客户委托需求和人才寻访方向) 
  • Collect the targeted companys information(在顾问指导下搜集并整理目标公司的信息) 
  • To collect, classify and sort candidates data, make strict selection of the resume(进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理,对简历做初步筛选) 
  • Approach and judge candidates(与人才进行有效沟通,针对客户职位要求判断其合适度) 
  • Analysis and study the needs of customers, support consultants to finish the job(根据客户 职位信息,分析研究客户的需求,协助顾问顺利完成该职位)

  • Full-time bachelor degree or above, have great passion for sale, willing to have longterm developmentin the field of recruitment(全日制本科及以上学历毕业生,热爱销售,愿意在招聘领域长 期发展)
  •  If you are a graduate with “sales potential” and hard work, even if it is college education we can accept(如果你是一个有销售潜质并且努力工作的毕业生,大专学历也可考虑) 
  • Good teamwork awareness, passion, able to withstand greater work pressure, with a high degree of responsibility (良好的团队协作意识,有激情,能够承受较大的工作压力,具有高度的责 任感) 
  • We will provide you——(实习转正后,我们给你提供——)
