Job Responsibilities： 1. Collect internal stakeholders' souvenir needs and preferences to help design the souvenir& notebook customization plan. 2. WeChat CRM analysis support 3. Classify and analyze the backend statistics of the CRM portal and provide insights on membership, usage patterns etc. 4. Utilize WeChat CRM registered user statistics, helping to streamline the email marketing process, and collecting and sorting out the customers’ reply/feedback from email. 5. Assist the WeChat suppliers to register the corporate WeChat account to timely respond to and solve the followers’ questions thus creating a better connection with WeChat followers and customers. 6. Search online for sales data and relevant information of major heavy-duty OEMs and compile them into data reports. If possible, also analyze and identify the industry trends and insights. Requirements： 1. Major in Chemical, automobile, business, digital marketing or related field. 2. Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication skills and have creative thinking and eager to learn new knowledge. 3. Familiar with MS-office. Excel/PPT/Word. MS Power platform skills will be a plus. 4. VBA, python capability is a plus.
