Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: -Design and improve the manufacturing process of Assembly and Test for Axle and Transmission products. -Be responsible for the design of the fixtures and tooling, lifting device etc. -Develops Process flow, PFMEA , Control Plan and Standard work instruction for assembly and test processes and well manage RPN. -Conducts research to develop innovative processes to improve safety, quality, cost and production efficiency. -Work with production, quality, engineering team to improve Axle and Transmission process quality and production efficiency. Required Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in Mechanical Engineering. -Be good at Office, Auto Cad, 3-D model software etc. -Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork -Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills -Intermediate English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills.
