Job Title: GTS Intern (Service Team)     

Internship period: 3-6 months, 4-5 days per week   

Location: Beijing

Job Description:

The intern will support the team  in the following areas:

1.       Assist in equipment arrangement of employee on board and off board procedure   

2.       Facilitate all areas of PC configuration, such as system build-up, data backup, and installation works according to internal policy and procedure

3.       Executive administrative duties including database maintenance and worksheets/files update

4.       Assist to GTS Assets Administrator about assets related work

5.       Provide support with ad-hoc projects as required by supervisors

     

Skill Requirements: 

1.        Majored in Computer Science or related major

2.       Aptitude in standard computer software, including Microsoft Office

3.       Good communication skills

4.       A ‘can do’ attitude with good teamwork spirit
