Task
· Communicate with dealers, collect failure information about the vehicles and record
· Based on the received known complaints do pre-analysis
· Provide appropriate repair suggestions to dealers
· Do back-up of database regularly
· Change cases’ name or traffic lights based on the request of TQA analysis team
· Record returned parts’ information according to the information of warehouse keeper
· Communicate with the contact persons of JVs and collect the necessary information of the failure parts
Qualification and skills
· University degree or higher in an engineering related field
· Independent working attitude
· Strong problem handling and solving skills
· Analytical and systematical thinking and acting
· Very good communication skills
· Strong cooperation skills and good teamwork
· High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm
· Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) expert
· Fluent in English or German
