QULIFICATION AND SKILLS: Education/ Professional experience: · Bachelor college or above · Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit · Have a strong interest in production optimization and strong learning ability · Possess good data analysis skills and be proficient in using office software · Be able to work at least 3 days a week and can intern for more than 4 months continuously Language skills: · Fluent in English, German is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Production Process Optimization · Analyze the existing production process and propose improvement suggestions · Assist in formulating optimization plans to improve production efficiency and quality Data Analysis · Collect, organize, and analyze production data to identify potential optimization opportunities · Use data analysis tools to provide data support for production decisions · Regularly write data reports to summarize production status and improvement directions Participation in Improvement Project · Participate in improvement projects on the production site, such as equipment upgrades and process improvements Implementation of Optimization Plans · Be responsible for following up on the implementation of optimization plans and coordinating the work of relevant departments Team Assistance · Assist team members in completing daily work tasks, such as document organization and report writing
