职位描述:

Administration

-根据需要为当地提供行政及采购支持,包括但不限于办公室搬迁,翻新,办公用品及日常用品的采购; -To provide local support with administration and procurement related activities as required including but not limited, local renovations of existing or new locations, office supplies, event management (including cluster activities, company outing, annual dinner). -负责协助公司活动组织策划及会议支持包括但不限于西区各项活动,如分公司outing,分公司年会等; - To assist event management and Meeting Support (including cluster activities, company outing, annual dinner). - 负责与外部供应商日常沟通如物业、租赁、租车公司、快递等的日常沟通; -To communicate with property management offices, office facility management, reception, courier services. - 负责成都分公司考勤及请假管理,汇总西区考勤数据。 -Responsible  for attendance and leave management of KN Chengdu branch and summarizing the attendance data of west cluster.

QSHE - 协助开展供应商的日常管理,进行供应商筛选,评估及合同管理; -Assist in the daily supplier management such as  supplier selection, supplier evaluation and contract management etc; - 根据计划协助进行内外部审计及现场检查,以确保公司报告合规性。 -Assist in conducting internal audit/ site inspections as per scheduled plan to ascertain and report the status of compliance. 良好的人际交往能力,组织能力,能够在多个期限内完成工作, 必须非常注重提供成果以及与所有人在各个层面进行有效沟通的能力。 This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines combined with a strong internal customer & business focus.
