-根据需要为当地提供行政及采购支持,包括但不限于办公室搬迁,翻新,办公用品及日常用品的采购; -To provide local support with administration and procurement related activities as required including but not limited, local renovations of existing or new locations, office supplies, event management (including cluster activities, company outing, annual dinner). -负责协助公司活动组织策划及会议支持包括但不限于西区各项活动,如分公司outing,分公司年会等; - To assist event management and Meeting Support (including cluster activities, company outing, annual dinner). - 负责与外部供应商日常沟通如物业、租赁、租车公司、快递等的日常沟通; -To communicate with property management offices, office facility management, reception, courier services. - 负责成都分公司考勤及请假管理,汇总西区考勤数据。 -Responsible for attendance and leave management of KN Chengdu branch and summarizing the attendance data of west cluster.
