JR0027101 Intern for Business Analyst: RSG WW Sales Programs
Primary Location: PRC, Shenzhen Work Duration: 5 days per week (flexible on the hours); At least 1 year Description -Maternity leave coverage for 7-8 months. Development opportunity in Business Development (ODM/OEM), Business Unit Strategy (CCG), Data Analytics and Customer Support. -The Business Analyst support our CCG business within global RSG Sales Programs, ODM/OEM engagement.
Core responsibilities: -Sales Programs CCG strategy management and link to BU. (e.g.: align strategy with BU, ODM engagement roadmap, data analysis, Support Regional Leads (EMEA, ASMO, APJ and PRC), and lead working group sessions. -CTE ODMs/IDHs account support (~30+ accounts) Data Management and Business Analytics. Report out to management and stakeholders. -Lead Training to Partners. -System tool data check-up Additional/Preferred: Draft and Review Partner's contracts with legal: Pilot/VIP/VIP letters VIP rebate calculation for all Program members (~70+ accounts) VIP result communication--- Review VIP$ accts w/senior executive, process rebate$ to finance. Required Skills -This individual would need to be creative, be able to work in an ambiguous and changing environment, be able to automate solutions. -Macro creation skills is highly recommended. -Analytics Advanced Excel skills preferred -Communication Able to present to upper management and handle multiple stakeholders -Customer Orientation Handle communication with Intel Partners in both Taiwan and Shenzhen
