The purpose of this role is to assist the R&D team in China to gather and analyze the testing data for digital applications, in order to develop and optimize applications to meet the best practices.

Key responsibilities:Collect and manage testing data based on the project needs；Analyze the result to check the data’s validity automatically；Target root cause problem precisely and quickly；Ensure the performance and quality of the software developed by the team

Collect & Analyze Test Data

- Understand quickly the test standard protocol, test needs, and test targets

- Follow the protocol on doing experiments/collecting data

- Analyze the result to check the data’s validity statistically (Python, Excel, R etc.)

Application Refinement & Development  

- Design test cases to test the application’s functionality, validity and usability before apps go online

- Point out any bugs & errors the applications may have

岗位要求：

1、（Experience） 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field ；

2、（Industries Experience）  One or more of the following: Software Development, Optics, Healthcare ；

3、（Geographical Experience）  International experience is a plus ；

4、（Education）  B.S.in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics is preferred ；

5、 （Language） Excellent verbal and written communication in English Ability to communicate effectively in an international team environment；

6、（Tools） Python，Microsoft Excel
