KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities) - Support WGC and STC EHSS rules/procedures; - Support the inspection or/and calibration of the technical equipment in Shanghai Technical Center; - Apply for EHSS related permits for Shanghai Technical Center; - Ensure effective access control to protect Shanghai Technical Center security; - Deliver first aid in case of injury happened in Shanghai Technical Center; REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies) - Major in environment, polymer, silicon background or EHSS experience preferred. - Native Mandarin spoken and good English language and communication capabilities. - Good presentation skills.  - Flexibility to work on sites within the WACKER Group globally. - Continuously learning ability. - Working proactively and result oriented and create and foster team spirit.
