职位描述：

上海易马为BMW、Daimler 、VW等OEM，及其供应商提供汽车内饰件的化学、材料测试：如雾化、摩擦、气味、排放等检测服务

Your function:

This position mainly supports all the system of human resources including but not limited to:

Support the recruitment activities: recruitment for intern positions; filter CVs, like Sample Logistics and Preparation, Test Engineer, etc.

Build up and maintain talent pool, update candidate profiles

Support monthly expense issues, like reimbursement, traffic allowance, etc.

Search for some resources of training courses, health check services, etc.

Help to revise the Employee Handbook, like doing research, create forms, fill tables, etc.

Travel booking for colleagues

Share some marketing tasks with our marketing department in Germany

Other tasks assigned by HR department

Good knowledge of English

Good MS office knowledge
