? Manage all the documents according to the filing system; ensure integrity of stored information and efficient retrieval of information
? Provide day to day administrative support
? Maintain a master registration for all business cards
? Manage vendor relationship with pantry service, office cleaning, plants arrangement, translation service, etc. Identify service improvement and address service issues to vendors, including payment arrangement
? Track, administrate pantry supplies and operations, order supplies, and equipment maintenance
? Coordinate with vendors to ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness in pantry areas and in conference rooms
? Assist in office-wide events such as office parties or external client events as requested
? Assist Soft Service Lead coordinating HR related issues
? Coordinate for energy and environmental safety procedures
? Provide supporting in correspondence preparation of proposals
