Job Description:

1. Support for adding new lanes adding for overland, seafreight, airfreight contracts

2. Supporting RFQ process, RFQ calculation (warehouse, overland, Sea/Air freight), negotiate with suppliers

3. Cost saving and develop support tools with Excel

4. Daily Fuel price index tracking

5. Market intelligence collecting, trends

6. Prepare for the presentation PPT for ongoing projects and information collection

7. Administrative work: contract filing, workshop or meeting material preparation etc.

Requirements:

-      Willingness and security to work full time (at least4 days/week) for 6 months

-      Fluent English both in speaking and writing (at least CET-6, will do translation work)

-      Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word)

-      Strong logic ability and analysis ability, engineering background preferred

Payment:

115 RMB/Day for Bachelor (Before Tax)                       145 RMB/Day for Master (Before Tax)
