Intern Valuation & Advisory Responsibilities • Property valuation duties including local or China site inspections, collection and analysis of information • Valuing different type of properties, including residential apartments, shopping mails, office buildings and industrial premises. • Assist the department in preparing valuation report. • Assist the department to complete the market research report. • Other duties assigned Person Specification • Available to work at least 3 days every week • Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills • Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship. • Self-motivated, confident and aggressive • Able to perform under pressure and multi-task • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan. • Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
