Provide secretarial and administrative support to the process owner, team members, and internal team operations, while assisting with daily office tasks.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Assist in organizing all types of meetings, including preparation, notification distribution, and meeting minutes compilation.
2. Handle document receiving, copying, filing, and maintenance of quality system documents and technical documents, with strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
3. Support office supply management and provide daily administrative assistance to team members.
4. Assist in preparing various documents, including internal office documents and customer-related materials.
5. Support document translation, typing, editing, and checking, and assist in creating presentation materials and statistical reports.
6. Distribute and file documents for process owners and team members to ensure smooth information flow.
7. Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for team members, and coordinate visitor reception programs.
8. Provide comprehensive support for internal team work, including facilitating cross-team communication and assisting with team activity coordination.
9. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Education and Experience
-No prior experience required; internship or campus administrative experience is a plus
-Basic understanding of office administrative workflows is preferred
-Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or graduate program (any major)
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
